Femi's career highlights include pioneering the marketing team at Duport Marine, a subsidiary of Mucho S.A., where he played a key role in launching and retailing petroleum products, including AGO and PMS, across Nigeria. Initially, the company operated solely as a trading house, but under Femi's leadership, the business was transformed into a dynamic entity. He worked closely with the management team to drive strategic growth and introduced several new business ventures in the downstream sector, significantly enhancing the company’s market presence.

Femi's career also saw him at Acorn Plc, where he oversaw vessel management, importation operations, and depot operations. As the supervisor of depot operations, he ensured strict adherence to HSE policies and implemented robust inventory control systems to maintain operational excellence and compliance.

At Linetrale Petroleum, Femi served as Head of Operations, where he was responsible for portfolio development and managing key business relationships with the Federal Government and its agencies. His strategic insights and operational expertise played a crucial role in growing the company's influence in the industry.
